1. Eligibility


You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use SkillAmpify. By registering or purchasing, you confirm that you meet these requirements.


2. Accounts

Provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity through your account unless you notify SkillAmpify promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Accounts and course access are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.


3. Marketplace role

SkillAmpify provides a platform through which independent instructors offer educational content. Unless expressly stated otherwise, instructors are not employees or agents of SkillAmpify. Instructor views and claims are their own. SkillAmpify may review courses for platform standards but does not guarantee that every course is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.


4. Purchases and access

Prices are displayed at checkout and may change for future purchases. Payments are processed through third-party checkout and payment providers, including WooCommerce and Stripe. Course access is granted only after successful payment confirmation. Failed, canceled, incomplete, or reversed payments do not create a right to access.

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to access the purchased course for your own learning, subject to these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of course materials or permit commercial reuse.


5. Refunds, reversals, and access removal

Refund requests are governed by the SkillAmpify Refund Policy. If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, SkillAmpify may remove or restrict access to the affected course. Abusing refunds or payment disputes may result in account restrictions.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

- Copy, record, download, distribute, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works from course content except where the course or law expressly permits it.
- Share account credentials or provide course access to another person.
- Circumvent payment, access, security, or technical restrictions.
- Scrape the service or use automated systems to collect content or personal information without written permission.
- Upload malware, interfere with the platform, impersonate another person, manipulate ratings, or engage in fraud.
- Harass others or post unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Use learner or instructor information for unauthorized solicitation.

7. Intellectual property

SkillAmpify and its licensors own the platform, branding, software, design, and SkillAmpify-created materials. Instructors or their licensors own their course content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. “SkillAmpify” and associated branding may not be used without written permission.


If you submit a review, comment, support message, or other content, you retain any ownership you have but grant SkillAmpify a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and use it to operate, support, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the right to submit it. SkillAmpify may remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Educational purpose and results

Courses are provided for general educational purposes. SkillAmpify does not guarantee employment, promotion, income, certification, examination results, academic credit, licensing eligibility, or any other outcome. Course information is not individualized legal, financial, medical, mental-health, or other regulated professional advice unless expressly provided by a properly qualified professional under a separate engagement.

9. Third-party services and links

The service may rely on or link to third-party services. Their separate terms and privacy practices apply. SkillAmpify is not responsible for third-party sites or services that it does not control.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. SkillAmpify may restrict or terminate access for nonpayment, fraud, security risk, unlawful conduct, material or repeated violations of these Terms, or conduct that harms users, instructors, or the platform. Termination does not create a refund right outside the Refund Policy or applicable law.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service and courses are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SkillAmpify disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. SkillAmpify does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, or particular learning or professional results. Rights that cannot legally be disclaimed remain in effect.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillAmpify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the service or courses. SkillAmpify's aggregate liability concerning a claim will not exceed the amount you paid SkillAmpify for the course giving rise to that claim during the 12 months before the event. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a lawsuit, you and SkillAmpify agree to attempt in good faith for 30 days to resolve the dispute after written notice. An unresolved dispute may be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Virginia. Nothing here prevents urgent injunctive relief or use of a court with mandatory jurisdiction.

14. Changes and general terms

SkillAmpify may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be communicated before taking effect, and renewed acceptance may be required. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without written permission. SkillAmpify may transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of the platform or substantially all related assets.

These Terms and the incorporated policies form the agreement between you and SkillAmpify regarding the subjects they cover.
